1. Eligibility

1.1 The Surfside Poké Win one year free poke bowls Giveaway (the “Competition”) is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the Netherlands or Belgium and are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

1.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of Surfside Poké, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

2. Competition period

2.1 The Competition will begin on 15 October 2024 at 12:00 (local time) and end on 22 October at 15:00 (local time) (the “Competition Period”).

3. How to enter

3.1 To participate in the Competition, individuals must follow the Surfside Poké page on Instagram during the Competition Period.

3.2 Participants must also tag three friends in the comments section of the designated competition post on Instagram to be eligible for entry.

3.3 Each comment with three tagged friends will count as a separate entry. Participants can enter multiple times by commenting with the same or different sets of three tagged friends.

3.4 By entering the Competition, participants warrant that they have obtained permission from the friends they have tagged and agree to hold Surfside Poké harmless from any claims arising out of the tagging process.

4. Winner selection and notification

4.1 One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

4.2 The winner will be announced on October 22 on the Surfside Poké Instagram page on the Story and in the caption of the original Giveaway post on 15 October.

4.3 The winner will be contacted privately via direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days of the winner announcement.

4.4 The winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

4.5 If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Competition Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize

5.1 The winner will receive a Golden Surfside Poké Card, entitling them to a total of 12 free poké bowls, redeemable at a rate of one per month for one year.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute prize.

5.3 The prize will be issued to the winner upon verification of their eligibility and fulfillment of all requirements.

5.4 The prize is subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by Surfside Poké, including any expiration dates or restrictions on use.

5.5 The free poké bowl must be picked up in person at our physical location each month; it cannot be delivered or picked up via take-away platforms. If the bowl is not picked up within the month, it is forfeited.

6. General conditions

6.1 By participating in the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Official Competition Rules and the decisions of Surfside Poké, which are final and binding.

6.2 Surfside Poké reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Competition Rules or engages in any fraudulent or unfair conduct.

6.3 Surfside Poké reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impede the proper administration of the Competition.

6.4 The personal information collected from participants during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prize unless the participant has agreed to receive further communications from Surfside Poké.

6.5 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
